Cheese made with raw milk from "manchegas"sheep ,obtaining the qualification of Designation of Origin cheese, passing all routine checks.
This cheese has a substantial presentation, with mild taste of small eyes, scattered around inside.
Maturation: semicured cheese with a minimum of 4 months treatment.
Format: Presented in parts 1, 2 and 3 kilos.
Offered: yellowish bark with labeling where the ingredients are listed, the seal of the PDO, date of manufacture and expiry date.
