It is a sweet-shaped cake, typical of Castilla, typical of the province of Cuenca, traditionally made from a dough with almonds, breadcrumbs and toasted, fine spice and cooked honey, covered with two wafers on both sides of the cake; at other times with nuts and sometimes sprockets are used instead of almonds.

ya lo acabamos jejeje
Quería comentar que ayer pasamos por allí por consejo de un conocido de camino a Valencia, y los dulces que cojimos son exquisitos . Ya no quedan casi jejeje. Y nos sorprendió el Alajú ( no lo conocíamos ). Mañana empezaremos los quesos y ya entraré a comentar.
